About Riverside Massage

 Registered Nurse, Lymphoedema  & remedial massage therapist Robyn Harris, who has thirty years of nursing experience, provides a quality holistic service that supports healing and creates a safe and therapeutic space. Robyn's skills and varied skill set enable her to provide a highly individualised treatment plan and incorporates a sensitive approach to all clients.

Lymphoedema management including lymphatic drainage, compression bandaging, garment prescription and neuromuscular  taping, in a relaxed  environment.  Robyn has a focus on breast and shoulder rehabilitation, and other cancers from the effects of  surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
Offering early detection and prevention program for Lymphoedema with  L-Dex Bio impedance spectroscopy with a SOZO - since July 21.

Prehabilitation prior to cancer treatment
45-60 min assessment prior to cancer treatment-surgery, chemotherapy or radiotherapy.  A 'best practice' standard in Australia. Includes baseline measures, assessment, intervention & education as required by the individual as all needs are different

Scar therapy for scars that are causing pain & dysfunction​

Lipoedema
Goals of Care involve managing pain, improving lymph flow, decreasing inflammation and helping the body deal with lipoedema. Client self management is highly important for therapy.
